Most people don't enjoy dealing with mechanics. We get that. So we've built the workshop around a simple idea: tell the customer what's actually wrong, what it'll cost, and let them decide.
No mystery fees. No "we found something else" without a phone call. No 5-minute explanations of things you don't need to know about. We do the work, you get the car back, the bill matches the quote.

WOFs don't need an appointment — just drive in. Other work is best booked ahead so we can have a bay and the right parts ready.
No charge for the initial look. We tell you what's wrong, what it costs, and what's optional. You say go or no-go.
Most jobs done same day. Bigger work (engine, gearbox) gets an honest timeline upfront. We ring when it's ready — not 5 minutes before close.
We're based on Sheffield Crescent in the Christchurch CBD fringe — easy to find, easy to park, easy to drop off before work. Customers come to us from Rolleston, Rangiora, Kaiapoi, Lyttelton, and everywhere in between. If you can't get to us, talk to us about pickup.
